G James Expansion
When a major expansion project was undertaken at the G James complex, it was identified that the existing stormwater system would need to be replaced. When it came to choosing that system, Reserve could not look past the VPipe concrete pipes.
Director of Reserve Hydraulic, contractors awarded the project, Rick Galloway has been using VantagePipesTM reinforced concrete pipes for over 20 years. Reserve Hydraulic have been involved in numerous upgrades and works at G James since 2003. Quality contractors like Reserve use quality products, and when the existing SRC lines were ready to be replaced,
The G James Glass and Aluminium complex is a vast precinct based at Eagle Farm, Queensland, near Brisbane airport. The site houses many operations, with a number of buildings sprawling across what is effectively 10 city blocks. Such is the sheer scale of the sites that building or rehabilitation works of some kind are constantly being undertaken.
Rick went with the smart options; the longer, lighter and easier to install, VPipe concrete pipes. The benefits of pipes that are longer, lighter and easier to install translate into storage, transportation and installation cost efficiencies.
